James Steven Farnsworth performs violin music for all ceremonies and celebrations of life. He is known for his warm and caring attitude as well as for playing music from his heart, which deeply moves and inspires audiences. James Steven began playing the violin over 35 years ago at the age of 11.
When his mother Glendora, a piano teacher and organist, passed away in 1994, James Steven accompanied her funeral and played her favorite pieces of music. This experience inspired James Steven to dedicate himself to sharing the gift of his music with those going through the experience of losing a loved one. The sound of his playing creates a sense of expansiveness where the timelessness of the soul can be felt.
